Katiusca Polanco, Esq., is a graduate of Rutgers College and she earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in Newark. After graduating from Law School, Ms. Polanco completed a judicial clerkship in the Middlesex County Superior Court with the Honorable Mathias E. Rodriguez, J.S.C.
Following her clerkship, she worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the Office of the Attorney General where she provided representation to the Department of Health and Human Services in various areas of representation. After working at the Office of the Attorney General, Ms. Polanco worked as Staff Attorney for Central Jersey Legal Services, Inc. in the area of consumer protection.
Ms. Polanco has over 25 years of legal experience in various areas of law including real estate, wills and estates, landlord/tenant, consumer protection, employment law, and state entitlement programs. She opened her law firm in 2021 representing clients in property law matters.
Ms. Polanco was a partner at Gonzalez & Polanco, LLC, where she practiced in the areas of real estate, wills and estates, contracts, and litigation.
Ms. Polanco is the founding member of Polanco Law, LLC, handling Real Estate Transactions, Contracts, and Wills and Estates Transactions, as well as assisting small businesses.
Ms. Polanco is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
